B8 / B8M / B8C / B8T

ASTM A193 B8, B8M, B8C and B8T are austenitic stainless steel fastener grades used in the Oil & Gas and Petro-chemical industries. The ASTM Grades correspond with standard stainless designations as per the following table:

The above bolting grades are available in Class 1 and Class 2. Class 1 is the more common specification, with the products offered in standard carbide solution treated form. Class 2 products are cold worked / strain-hardened to provide elevated mechanical properties, signficantly increasing the tensile strength of the fasteners. The Chemical Analysis can be found below. Bolt King is able to offer the full range of ASTM stainless steel special fastener grades, manufactured on-site at our factory in the UK, using exclusively EU and USA sourced raw materials. CNC Machined products are offered from M3 - M200, and hot-forged product from M6 - M48.
